Malcolm R. Roy, CPA (Ret)
Chairman & Managing Member
Malcolm R. Roy was the co-founder of Family Pharmacy (Lewisville, Texas) and Pride Pharmacy-Carlisle (Dallas, Texas). Mr. Roy founded BrazilSoft, LLC that developed proprietary applications for the pharmacy and healthcare sector, and has more than 30 years of business management experience including holding a Director level position at McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems Corporation. Upon receiving his BA degree from Appalachian State University in Accounting he accepted a position in Palm Beach, Florida with the then well-known CPA firm of Ganz, Brenner, Lustig, Oken and Anderson. Since that time, Mr. Roy has held management positions with several "Blue Chip" companies including EDS (Electronic Data Systems) and the computer division of McDonnell Douglas Corporation. At the latter firm, he was named "Manager of The Year" while holding the position of National Director of ISO Sales. Mr. Roy was the co-founder of Midland Medical Clinics, a chain of infectious disease clinics headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL and sold his interests in December 2006.

Charles "Chuck" Cave, CPA

Charles Cave, CFO/CPA presently serves as the CFO of the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia and of East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio. He is a 1981 graduate of Otterbein College/University in Westerville, Ohio and earned his certificate while working in a Regional Public Accounting firm near Columbus, Ohio. He relocated to Texas in 1988 to the Corporate offices of American Medical International. His CFO experience covers over 25 years and includes tenure within the HCA and Tenet Healthcare systems. Chuck has also worked with start-up organizations that developed and managed Long Term Acute Care facilities, Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Surgical Specialty Hospitals.
Claire Mason

Claire Mason, founded & is CEO & Clinical Coordinator of Universal Rehabilitation Services (and Universal Integrated Healthcare) in Houston, Texas. After graduating from the University of Florida in Health-Related Professions and Occupational Therapy, she implemented a department at AMI's (American Medical International) Parkway Hospital in Southern Fla. When the department statistics, outcomes, & profits were highest in the nation, she became the youngest appointee to AMI's leadership committee where she helped plan new programs for expanding and acquiring hospitals nationwide.
In Texas, Claire became knowledgeable & skilled in the implementation, development & management of rehab units and other specialty units. In addition, she simultaneously took responsibility for regulatory compliance, reimbursement oversight, risk management, & safety at Rosewood Hospital. She then began a successful business consulting & implementing services for a wide variety of healthcare companies and facilities spanning many states while owning clinics locally. She served TOTA as state rep to Medicare, Medicaid & 3rd party payers and later agreed to also be on the committee to write a state law for OT and take it through legislative approval & enactment, which was done.
Keeping her hand on those in need, she formed groups to empower the disabled, help businesses and the handicapped workforce within the community, was appointed to the Governor's committee for Disability, created & worked in the "Foundation for Children" to assist abused children and completed a proprietary, unique, patient-focused, software program now used by her professionals & clients. Her post-graduate studies have focused not only in traditional medicine & healthcare, but also in areas of integrative medicine where she holds additional certifications including those in CMHIMP (certified integrative medicine practitioner) & light therapy.
Robert Wilson, CPA

Robert Wilson has over thirty years of financial, investment, and compliance consulting experience. Robert has assisted many small to middle market companies with capital formation and structure as well as operationally. He has cultivated a wealth of diverse knowledge and expertise as an executive and financial consultant. From 2002 until the present he has been a partner with management consulting, merger and acquisition firm. His comprehensive business experience includes consulting with companies in energy, oil and gas, IT and healthcare. In addition to his work valuing and assessing small-to-middle market companies, he has also served as both a Chief Financial Officer and Director roles of such client companies. He has worked in the securities industry for more than 25 years providing financial and compliance consulting for several investment banking firms and broker dealers. In his role working with public companies, he has prepared various financial report to maintain compliance with SEC reporting requirements.

Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Houston Baptist University and a scholarship recipient to The Fund for American Studies at Georgetown University. Robert is a CPA licensed in Texas and has held Board Committee roles with the Texas Society of CPA's and a past member of the AICPA. He has been a member of The Professional Directors Institute and NASD Board of Arbitrators. He maintains the FINRA security licenses Series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 79.

Wayne Goettsche, a Nebraska native, graduated from Hasting College with a BA in Economic Theory and earned an MBA from the University of Texas in Business and Economics. After receiving the Silver Medal Award for the 2nd highest grade in the United States on the 1959 CPA exam he joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Young and Company where he became a Partner specializing in audit services and international taxation. Wayne's business accomplishments are lengthy and as varied as his personal interest and participation which include; Member AICPA, Member River Oaks Country Club, Member Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, Chancellor's Council-University of Texas, President's Council-Rice University, Board of Directors Mapco, Inc. (NYSE), Board of Directors Service Corporation (NYSE), Director Houston Grand Opera, Director Houston Symphony, Trustee Houston Museum of Fine Arts, Chairman-Houston March of Dimes, Advisory Council-UT Graduate School of Business, Republican Eagles (Reagan/Bush years), and Founder-Women's Fund for Female Enrichment, a medical foundation.
Don McCormick

Don McCormick, a Houston native, graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1967 with a BA degree. He attended the University of Houston and Mills College for graduate work in Insurance and HMOs (1967-2015) and was originally licensed as a General Lines Insurance Agent in 1967. McCormick was Marketing Director for New Communities Service Corporation an HMO in 1975, and then became Executive Director of Texas Health Plans HMO 1977-1980. He was founder and President of Computech (Medical Accounting Software Company) 1980- 1984 and was the President of National Association of Preferred Providers 1984-1995. McCormick also serves as the Executive Director of SEMNet IPA (later to become Linked IPAs) 1996 to Present, as well as a Trustee for www.TBT.org, a 501(c)(3) organization that organizes Patient Physician Cooperatives. He was the President of Physicians ACO 2012-2013, and is currently the President of Texas Physicians ACO (2013-Present), and the President of National Association of Physician ACOs (2012-Present). Don holds the distinction of having organized the first HMO in Texas established in 1976, and has published as well as advised national organizations on progressive ideas relating to healthcare.
David Hernandez

David Hernandez was the founder of Southeast Diagnostic Systems (Florida-Georgia based mobile Diagnostic Company and Family Care Medical Centers (Urgent Care and Family Practice Southeast, FL). Mr. Hernandez has served as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Business Development for various successful innovative Healthcare Delivery Systems where integration of Pharmacy, Physician Care and mobile Ancillary Services to help coordinate medical care for homebound patients while recovering from major surgeries or serious medical conditions. Mr. Hernandez founded Cardiac Monitoring Innovations where patients were monitored for Cardiac Arrhythmia's and Pacemakers remotely through a 24 hour staffed telephonic receiving station where EKG's were read by registered nurses and consulted with Cardiologist and ambulances were dispensed if needed, thirty years ago currently known as Telemedicine. Mr. Hernandez in the last 3 years has been involved in acquisitions where he sought out Healthcare delivery systems for a Public Company to acquire increasing revenue to over 100 million to that entity per year. Mr. Hernandez graduated Western New England University, Wilbraham, MA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, BSBA, with a major in Accounting.
Shaala Srut

Shaala Srut served in the US Air Force on active duty from 1985 until 1992, stationed at both Elgin Air Force Base and Andrews Air Force Base, and has been Airman of Quarter and Sergeant of Quarter at Eglin AFB. Prior to opening "MyNurse Home Care, Inc." in November of 2006, she was a critical care nurse for 13 years and went on to spend 7 years as a nursing supervisor in a major hospital in the Houston area. MyNurse home care has been recognized by DADS and CMS as a 5 star home care company, has consistently offered great care and customer service to the community, and has consistently had a lower hospital readmission rate than the state and national average due to their disease management programs. Shaila has been a supporter of the Pearland IFEST since 2013, and has been member of CAP Pearland since 2010. Shaala is married to Dr Edmundo Yrigoyen and has two children, Katarina and Nicolas.
John Woods, CPA

John Woods is presently President of TP-ACO (The Physician-Accountable Care Organization). The Physicians-Accountable Care Organization operates in California, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida. Mr. Woods has been involved in Healthcare related endeavors since 1976 as a Hospital Auditor, 1979 Administrator Illini Community Hospital, 1983 Administration Pharmacy Corporation of America, and Director of HMO services at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. Mr. Woods then joined PacifiCare of Oklahoma in 1987 as President developing the largest HMO in the State with over 100,000 members. Developed Alliance Healthcare in 1991 providing consulting services in the development of MA risk contracts with 32 HMOs in 21 States and continues to offer these services. In 2004 developed an IPA in LA (The Physician Alliance Corporation) with over 3,000 physicians in S. Louisiana. His educational background includes a BS from the Univ. of Illinois School of Business, passing the CPA examination, an MBA from the University of Missouri School of Business, and in 1983 completed an MSPHD at the Univ. of Missouri School of Medicine.
